This procedure allows you to define whether the WhatsApp message should be sent to the default recipient (associated with the action or contact) or to a specific number you enter manually.
Procedure
1. On the message edit or creation screen, locate the WhatsApp Settings section.
2. Find the field labeled Recipient.
3. Click on the dropdown menu and select one of the following options:
- Default: Select this option if you want the message to be sent to the phone number associated with the contact performing the action (for example, the customer in an Automation).
- Custom: Select this option if you want to manually specify one or more phone numbers.
4. If you selected Custom, a new field labeled Custom Recipient will appear.
5. Enter the desired mobile number(s) in the Custom Recipient field. If you need to enter multiple numbers, separate them (usually by pressing Enter or comma, depending on configuration). The field has the placeholder "Add mobile number" to guide you in entering data.
