To define the text and elements of the WhatsApp message that will be sent to your recipients.
Procedure
1. In the WhatsApp action editing screen, locate the WhatsApp Settings section.
2. In the field labeled Message Title, enter an internal name to identify this message (for example, "Summer Promotion").
3. Refer to the list of Shortcodes (dynamic variables such as name, email, etc.) available in the table above if you want to customize the message.
4. Locate the Message label.
5. In the text field below, write the content of your message. Keep in mind that the maximum limit is 1530 characters.
- Note: You can insert Shortcodes by copying them from the table at step 3 to personalize the text.
6. If you need to attach files, use the Attachments section (which allows uploading images, PDFs, etc.).
7. When finished, make sure to save the action to apply the written content. (The save button is not visible in the provided code but is implicit in the editing procedure).
