Saving changes to the template or automation action settings
Why do it:
To confirm and make permanent all changes made to the settings of a template (such as a WhatsApp message) or an automation action.
Procedure:
1. After modifying the desired fields (for example, Message Title, Message Content, Message Title, Recipient, or Message), scroll to the bottom of the current configuration screen.
2. Locate and click the main save button on the page.
- Note: The exact name of the button may vary depending on the section, but it is usually labeled Save or Save Changes.
3. Wait for confirmation from the system that the changes have been saved successfully.
