Enter specific mobile phone numbers as custom recipients

This procedure allows you to define one or more specific mobile phone numbers to which the WhatsApp message will be sent, ignoring the default recipient (such as the contact associated with the action or the customer).

Procedure

1. In the WhatsApp action configuration screen (Edit WhatsApp / Create WhatsApp), scroll down to the Recipient section.

2. Click on the dropdown menu under the Recipient label.

3. Select the Custom option.

4. After selecting Custom, a new field titled Custom Recipient will immediately appear.

5. Click inside the Custom Recipient field and type the desired mobile phone number.

• Note: If you need to enter multiple recipients, type the first complete number, then press Enter (or Comma) to confirm it as a tag. Repeat this for each additional number.

6. Make sure that the entered numbers are correct and complete, including the international prefix (e.g., 39xxxxxxxxxx).

7. After entering all recipients and completing the drafting of the Message, click on the save button to apply changes to the action.
