How to configure the action 'Subscribe the contact to EverWebinar' on a form

This action allows you to automatically register a user who fills out the form to a specific webinar hosted on the EverWebinar/WebinarJam platform.

Prerequisites: Create the Schedule Field

For the action to work, your form must contain a "Select" type field (dropdown menu) that allows the user to choose the date and time of the webinar.

1. In your form, add a new Select type field.

2. In this field's settings, look for the option that defines the dropdown menu values.

3. Select the EverWebinar - Available Schedules option.

Once this field is created, you can proceed with configuring the action.

Procedure: Configure the Registration Action

1. Access your form settings and go to the Actions section.

2. Click Add Action and select Register Contact to EverWebinar.

3. Fill in the following fields in the action configuration section:

  • Webinar ID: Enter the unique numeric ID of the webinar you want to register the user for. This ID is found within the EverWebinar/WebinarJam dashboard.
  • Api Key: Enter your EverWebinar/WebinarJam API key. This key is required to authenticate the registration request.
  • Availability 'Select' Field: Select from the dropdown menu the "Select" field you previously created (the one configured to show "Available Schedules").

4. Click Save (or Apply) to save the action on the form.

Once saved, every time a user fills out the form and selects an available date, they will be automatically registered to EverWebinar.
