How to display the error message during registration
Why do it:
When a user tries to register for the webinar but the operation fails (for example, due to a connection problem or an invalid API key), the system shows a default error message. This procedure allows you to customize that message.
Procedure:
1. Access the settings of the Form where you configured the webinar registration.
2. Locate and edit the Action named Iscrivi il contatto ad EverWebinar.
3. Within the Action settings, look for the Messaggio di ritorno section.
4. In the Messaggio di ritorno section, click on the tab labeled Messaggio di errore.
5. Edit the fields to customize the message that the user will see in case of registration failure:
- Titolo: Edit the title of the error notification (default: Errore durante l'iscrizione).
- Message: Edit the body of the error message (default: Si è verificato un errore durante l'iscrizione al webinar).
6. Save the changes made to the Action and to the Form.
