How to associate a selection field (Select) with the webinar availabilities

Why do it

Connect the selection field of your form (Select) to the available webinar times, allowing the user to choose the session to register for.


Procedure

1. Access the settings of the form where you want to implement webinar registration.

2. In the section dedicated to Form Actions, click on Add Action and select the option Register contact to EverWebinar.

3. In the action configuration panel, enter your Webinar ID and your Api Key in the appropriate fields.

  • Note: Entering this data is essential so that the system can retrieve the available times.

4. Locate the field labeled Campo 'Select' disponibilità.

5. Click on this field and select the name of the Select-type field (dropdown menu) that you previously added to your form.

6. Once associated, the system will automatically populate your Select field options with the available dates and times of the specified webinar.

7. Click Save to save the action settings.
