Use the Webinarjam integration to automate the customer acquisition process and registration for your online events.
- Lead Acquisition: Automatically register a new contact to your webinar as soon as they fill out a form on your website or landing page.
- Schedule Management: Offer your users the ability to select the webinar time directly from a dropdown menu, populated with real-time availability.
- Immediate Access: Automatically redirect the user to the webinar room if the event has already started or is available for immediate viewing.
Main features
The Webinarjam module activates as an "Action" within the configuration of a User Form.
- Automatic Registration: Manages the registration of a contact (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone) to the specified webinar as soon as the form is submitted.
- Schedule Retrieval: Connects to the Webinarjam platform to dynamically retrieve and display available times for registration.
- Phone Handling: Automatically formats the phone number collected from the form, ensuring it is in the correct international format for registration.
- Custom Messages: Allows defining custom success or error messages that the user will see after attempting registration.
- Smart Redirection: If the user registers for a webinar that is already in progress or configured for immediate viewing, the system redirects them directly to the live room URL.
How to configure it
The Webinarjam integration is configured within the settings of a User Form.
1. Access the configuration of the desired Form.
2. In the "Actions" section, add the action "Register contact to EverWebinar".
3. Fill in the required fields to connect the form to your Webinarjam platform:

| Api Key | The API key provided by Webinarjam, required to authorize registration. |
| Availability 'Select' field | Select your form field (usually a dropdown menu) that users use to choose the date and time of the webinar. This field will be automatically populated with available times. |
Automatic integrations
Automatic schedule population
When the Webinarjam action is active on a Form, any "Select" type field configured for availability will automatically populate with dates and times retrieved in real time from your Webinar ID.
- If a time is in the past (and the webinar is set for immediate viewing), the option shown will be "Watch now".
- If the time is future, it will show the exact date and time (e.g., 01/01/2024 15:30).
Linking customer data
The system automatically uses existing saved customer data (First Name, Last Name, Email, Mobile Phone) to complete webinar registration, ensuring information is consistent and up-to-date.
Saving registrations
Each successfully completed registration is internally recorded within Framework360, retaining webinar details and registration date for future analysis.
