Why do it:
Shortcodes allow you to customize the WhatsApp message by automatically inserting specific recipient data (such as first name, last name, or other variables).
Procedure:
1. Access the section for creating or editing a WhatsApp message (for example, within an automation campaign). The screen will be titled Create WhatsApp or Edit WhatsApp.
2. In the configuration screen, the complete list of available Shortcodes is displayed in a table at the top, before the WhatsApp Settings section.
3. The table shows two columns: the descriptive name of the Shortcode and the exact code to use.
4. To use a Shortcode in your message, copy the exact code (including curly braces) and paste it into the Message field.
> Example: If you see the Shortcode {customer_name}, paste it into the Message field to automatically insert the recipient's first name.
