View Available Shortcodes for Message Customization
Why do it:
Shortcodes allow you to automatically insert dynamic information (such as the customer's name or other specific data) within your WhatsApp message.
Procedure
1. Access the section where you are creating or editing a WhatsApp message (for example, within a Marketing Automation campaign).
2. Select an existing message or click the option to create a new one (the page will be titled Create WhatsApp or Edit WhatsApp).
3. Once the configuration screen is open, locate the section titled WhatsApp Settings.
4. The table containing all available shortcodes (both predefined and any additional Custom Tokens) is displayed immediately above the text fields for composing the message.
5. You can copy and paste the desired shortcodes directly into the Message text field area.
