Specify a Custom Token for a Message Template

This field is useful if you want a specific message template to use a WhatsApp account (Instance ID/Token) different from the one configured in the main plugin settings.

Procedure

1. Access the editing section of the message template you want to customize.

2. Locate the field labeled Custom Token. This field is located between the Message Title and the Message Content.

3. In the Custom Token field, enter the Token or Instance ID you want to use for sending this specific message.

  • Note: If the field is left empty, the default Token configured in the plugin's general settings will automatically be used (as indicated by the placeholder Use default token).

4. After entering the value, make sure to save the changes to the template.


Entering a Custom Token in a Marketing Automation

If you are editing a Marketing Automation action (for example, "Send WhatsApp message"), the process is similar:

1. Access the editing section of the automation action.

2. Locate the section containing sending settings (usually near the Recipient and Attachments fields).

3. Locate the field labeled Custom Token.

4. Enter the desired Token in this field.

5. Click the button to save the automation action.
