The custom Token allows you to specify a connection key (Token) different from the default one for sending this specific WhatsApp message, overriding the global settings.
Procedure
1. Access the edit or creation section of the WhatsApp marketing action (for example, within an Automation or a Campaign).
2. Within the WhatsApp Settings section, locate the field labeled Custom Token.
3. Enter the token value you want to use for this specific marketing action.
- Note: If the field is left empty, the default configured token will be automatically used (as indicated by the text "Use default token").
4. Save the marketing action to apply the changes.
