This guide explains how to enter and format the text of your WhatsApp message, respecting the maximum character limit.
Why write the WhatsApp Message Content?
The message content is the actual text that will be sent to your recipients. It is essential that it is concise and clear to ensure effective communication, respecting the technical limit of 1530 characters.
Procedure
1. Access the section for creating or editing the WhatsApp message (for example, within an Automation or a Template).
2. Locate the Impostazioni WhatsApp section.
3. In the right column, find the field labeled Messaggio.
4. Write your message inside the text area. Keep in mind that the field has a placeholder indicating: Inserisci un messaggio lungo massimo 1530 caratteri.
5. Make sure your text does not exceed a total of 1530 characters.
6. (Optional) To personalize the message, use the available Shortcodes. The list of Shortcodes is usually found above the message settings. Click on the desired Shortcode (e.g., [nome_cliente]) to insert it into the Messaggio field.
7. Once you have completed the content, make sure to save your changes. (The name of the save button is not present in the provided code, but this step is implied).
Note: If you are editing a predefined template, the content field may be labeled as Contenuto del messaggio (instead of Messaggio), but the procedure for entering text remains the same.
