Guide: Writing the WhatsApp Message Content
Why do it:
To define the exact text that will be sent to your customers when the WhatsApp action is executed.
Procedure:
1. Access the WhatsApp Settings section within the action creation or editing screen.
2. In the field labeled Message Title, enter a descriptive name to identify the message.
(Note: This title is internal and not shown to the recipient).
3. Locate the large text field labeled Message.
4. Write the content you wish to send.
- Attention: The message is limited to a maximum of 1530 characters.
5. If you want to customize the message (for example, by inserting the customer's name), refer to the shortcodes table available above WhatsApp Settings. Insert the appropriate shortcode directly into the Message text.
6. If necessary, you can also add attachments (images, PDFs) using the Attachments section.
