This guide explains how to modify the default text of a WhatsApp message template used by the system for automated communications.
Procedure to Edit the Template
1. Access the Template management section and select the WhatsApp template you want to edit.
2. In the Message Title field, you can enter or modify the internal name of the template (this name is not visible to the recipient).
3. In the Message Content text field, enter or modify the actual text that will be sent to the customer.
- Note: You can use shortcodes (custom variables) to automatically insert specific customer data (such as first name or last name).
4. If necessary, in the Custom Token field, you can specify an API token different from the default one for sending this specific template.
5. Click on the save button (usually Save or Update) to apply changes to the template.
