This procedure allows you to send the WhatsApp message to specific mobile phone numbers, instead of using the default recipient (such as a contact associated with an automation).
Procedure
1. In the WhatsApp message creation or editing screen, locate the Recipient section.
2. Click on the dropdown menu under the Recipient label and select the Custom option.
3. Once Custom is selected, a new field titled Custom Recipient will immediately appear.
4. Click on the Custom Recipient field (which shows the prompt "Add mobile number").
5. Enter the first mobile phone number (without spaces or special characters).
- Note: Numbers must include the international prefix (e.g.,
39for Italy).
6. After entering the number, press Enter or Comma on the keyboard to confirm it as a recipient. The number will be transformed into a "tag" (colored box).
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 to add all desired mobile phone numbers.
8. Once all recipients are entered, make sure to save the changes to the message.
