This procedure allows you to choose which pre-approved WhatsApp message template (Template Message) will be sent.
Procedure
1. Access the WhatsApp message creation or editing screen (located under the WhatsApp Settings header).
2. Locate the field labeled Select template.
3. Click on the dropdown menu and select the name of the pre-approved template you want to use.
> Note: After selecting the template, the system will automatically load the Shortcode Assignment section below, displaying only the fields necessary to customize the chosen template.
