To assign a fixed value (static text) to one of the parameters of the WhatsApp template:
Procedure
1. Make sure you have selected the desired template in the Seleziona template field.
2. In the Assegnazione shortcode section, locate the parameter (shortcode) you want to customize. The field is identified by the label Valore NOME_PARAMETRO.
3. Click on the dropdown menu associated with that parameter.
4. In the menu, scroll down to the Personalizzato group and select the Valore statico option.
5. Once Valore statico is selected, a new text field will appear.
6. Enter the fixed text you want to be sent in the WhatsApp message in this field, using the placeholder Inserisci testo personalizzato....
7. Repeat the operation for all parameters that require a static value.
8. Save the changes (the save button is not visible in this section but is generally located at the bottom of the page or in the sidebar).
