This procedure allows you to specify one or more static phone numbers to send the message to, ignoring the default recipient associated with the action.
Procedure
1. On the WhatsApp action creation or editing screen, locate the Recipient section (found in the left column, below the Title field).
2. Click on the dropdown menu labeled Recipient.
3. Select the Custom option.
4. A new text field called Custom recipient will immediately appear.
5. Enter the desired phone number(s) in the Custom recipient field.
- If you need to enter multiple phone numbers, separate them with a comma (e.g.,
+391234567890, +390987654321).
6. Once you have completed the setup, save the action to apply the custom recipients.
