This guide helps you connect your Wati account to the platform by entering the necessary credentials.
Procedure
1. Access the configuration or authentication screen of the Wati plugin.
2. Locate the field labeled Endpoint.
3. Enter your Wati account URL. The URL must follow the example format: https://*.wati.io.
4. Locate the field labeled API Key.
5. Enter your full API key in the field. The key is a long alphanumeric string (for example, 5x6xx84x6xx6xx8x46xx0x0xx0xx00xx).
6. Complete the authentication process (the system will automatically verify the validity of the entered credentials).
> Note: If authentication is successful, the connection is established. If the connection fails, make sure that both the Endpoint and API Key have been correctly copied from your Wati dashboard.
