Why do it:
Defines who will receive the WhatsApp message you are creating.
Procedure
1. On the message creation or editing screen, locate the WhatsApp Settings section.
2. Look for the field labeled Recipient.
3. Click on the dropdown menu and choose one of the following options:
Option 1: Default
1. Select the Default option.
2. Note: By choosing this option, the message will be sent automatically to the contact associated with the action or event that triggered the sending.
Option 2: Custom
1. Select the Custom option.
2. A new field will appear below, labeled Custom Recipient.
3. Click in the Custom Recipient field and type the desired phone number.
- Tip: If you need to send the message to multiple specific numbers, you can add them separated by commas.
