Why do it: To view in detail which data the integration requires and how it will be used before proceeding with the installation.
Procedure
When you start the integration installation process, a summary screen of the requested permissions (scopes) will appear.
1. Read the introductory message explaining the purpose of the screen: "By clicking install, you will be asked to grant the following permissions to Framework360. To help you better understand why we ask for them, below is a detailed explanation for each."
2. Examine the list of requested permissions. For each permission, you will find:
- The name of the permission (e.g., Gestione anagrafiche).
- A detailed description of what the permission entails (e.g., Obtains information related to customer records on VTENext. Allows us to integrate information about your customers into Framework360.).
3. Read the additional note regarding granting permissions: "You can choose which permissions to grant through the consent screen that will appear after clicking 'Install.' We recommend providing all requested permissions for a better experience."
4. Review the security statement found at the bottom of the screen: "We save this information on our servers only if absolutely necessary. Your data is safe and will never be shared with third parties.
