Why do it:
This section allows you to synchronize contacts acquired on Framework360 to VTE Next, defining precise rules (conditions) to decide which contacts should be exported in the Contacts category.
Procedure:
1. Access the VTE Next plugin settings.
2. Locate the main section titled Contact Synchronization.
3. Scroll down to find the box titled Contacts Synchronization.
4. Inside this box, you will find a text area that acts as a query builder (identified as query-builder).
5. Use this tool to define the conditions a contact must meet to be synchronized as Contacts on VTE Next.
- Example: You might set a condition to synchronize only contacts who have filled out a specific form or belong to a certain list.
6. Once the desired conditions are defined, the system will automatically save the settings.
(Optional: Additional fields mapping)
If additional fields are present in the Campi aggiuntivi section:
1. For each additional Framework360 field (labeled on the left), select from the dropdown menu the corresponding field on VTE Next where you want the data to be synchronized.
2. Make sure all relevant fields are mapped correctly.
