This procedure allows you to connect your VTENext account to synchronize customer data and manage permissions.
Configuration Procedure
Follow these steps to enter the credentials required for authentication:
1. VTENext Domain*
- In the field labeled VTENext Domain*, enter the full web address of your VTENext installation.
- Example:
https://[your name].vtecrm.net/
2. User*
- In the field labeled User*, enter your VTENext login username.
3. Access Key*
- In the field labeled Access Key*, enter the API access key (Access Key) associated with your VTENext account. This key acts as a password for API authentication.
4. Granting Permissions
- After entering the data, click the button to proceed (usually called Install or Continue).
- You will be shown a summary screen of the requested permissions (for example, Manage Records).
- Review the permissions and click Install to complete the connection and save the credentials.
Once completed, your system will be authenticated and connected to VTENext.
