Why do it: Viewing the viewing statistics allows you to monitor the progress of a specific client within the video courses they have access to, checking which lessons they have started, completed, and the percentage of viewing achieved.
Procedure to View Statistics
1. Access the client management area (CRM) of your administration panel.
2. Search for and select the client whose statistics you want to view.
3. Within the client's profile, click on the Video Course Statistics tab.
A list of all the video courses the client has accessed will be displayed. For each course, you will find a summary table with the following columns:

| Section | The name of the video course section to which the lesson belongs. |
| Video | The title of the individual video lesson. |
| Start Date | The date and time when the client first started viewing the video. If not started, N/A is shown. |
| Percentage | Indicates the viewing progress. |
| End Date | The date and time when the client completed the video (reaching almost 100% viewing). If not completed, N/A is shown. |
Interpreting the Percentage Column
In the Percentage column, you can find detailed information about progress:
- Progress in seconds: If the client has viewed part of the video, you will see the duration viewed in seconds (
[Time viewed] sec. / [Total duration] sec. ([Percentage]%)). - Completed: If the viewing percentage is close to or above 99%, Completed will be displayed.
- Not Started: If there is no viewing data, Not Started will be displayed.
- Progress Bar: Below the text, a colored bar visually shows the percentage of completion reached for that video.
