This guide explains how to access and interpret detailed statistics related to the viewing of video courses by a specific client.
Procedure
1. Access the client management section (usually called "Clients" or "Client Management").
2. Select the client whose viewing statistics you want to view.
3. Within the client's tab, look for and click on the Video Course Statistics tab.
4. In the Video Course Statistics section, the interface will display a list of all video courses that the client has accessed.
5. For each video course, you will find a table with viewing details for each lesson, organized into the following columns:

| Section | Indicates the section or module of the course to which the lesson belongs. |
| Video | The specific title of the video lesson. |
| Start Date | The date and time when the client started watching the video. If not available, N/A is displayed. |
| Percentage | Shows the percentage of viewing completed. If the video has been finished, it may display Completed. |
| End Date | The date and time when the client completed watching the video (reaching a percentage close to 100%). If not available, N/A is displayed. |
> Note on Percentage: If the Percentage column also shows seconds (e.g., 120 sec. / 240 sec. (50%)), it means that the system tracked the actual viewing time compared to the total duration of the video.
