When a Video Course or a single Lesson is not accessible due to access restrictions or purchase requirements, you need to follow the provided instructions to unlock the content.
Procedure
1. Access the page of the Video Course or Lesson you want to view.
2. If the content is locked, you will see a warning block marked by a lock (<i class="fas fa-lock ms-icon"></i>) and a message explaining the restriction.
3. Within this warning block, look for available options to unlock.
Option 1: Unlock via Direct Link
If a direct link for purchase or access has been set up, you will see a specific button:
- Click on the Unlock video course button.
- You will be redirected to an external or purchase page to complete the necessary action.
Option 2: Unlock via Membership Purchase
If access is limited to members of a specific plan, you will see one or more Membership purchase buttons:
- Look for the button starting with Purchase followed by the subscription plan name (e.g., Purchase Pro Plan).
- Below the plan name, you may see the price in parentheses (e.g.,
(€ 99,00)). - Click on the desired Membership button.
- You will be redirected to the Membership plan purchase page.
4. Once the purchase is completed or access condition met (for example, subscription to the Membership plan), the locked content will be automatically unlocked and you can watch the video. If the video does not appear immediately, refresh the page.
