This guide explains how to assign a reference user (tutor) to a specific user within the system.
Procedure
1. Access the user management section and open the profile of the user you want to modify.
2. Within the user profile, click on the tab named Reference User.
3. Locate the field labeled Reference User.
4. Click on the dropdown menu and select the user you want to assign as tutor. The list shows each available user's last name, first name, and role level.
- Visibility note: If the current user's role level does not allow assigning a tutor, you will see the message: It is not possible to set a reference user for the selected level.
- Mandatory field note: If the field is mandatory for the user's role level, an asterisk (
*) will appear next to the Reference User label.
5. After selecting the reference user, click on the save button (usually Save or Save changes) to apply the modification.
