This guide explains how to rename the title of a WhatsApp message template within the platform.
Procedure
1. Access the section of the platform where you can edit templates or Marketing Automation actions that use WhatsApp.
2. Locate the Impostazioni WhatsApp section within the editing page.
3. Look for the text field labeled Titolo.
- Note: This field is used to identify the template within the system.
4. Delete the existing title and type the new name you want to assign to the template.
5. Once you have entered the new title, make sure to save your changes by clicking on the save button (for example, Salva or Aggiorna) present on the page.
