Why do it:
Shortcodes allow you to automatically insert dynamic information (such as the customer's name or specific details) within the WhatsApp message content.
Procedure
1. Access the creation or editing section of a WhatsApp message sending action within your Marketing Automation campaign.
- This screen will be identified by the title Crea WhatsApp or Modifica WhatsApp.
2. Under the subtitle Impostazioni WhatsApp, you will immediately find a table listing all the available shortcodes for customization.
3. Use the listed shortcodes (for example, [nome_shortcode]) to compose the text in the Messaggio field.
