Why do it:
Shortcodes allow you to automatically insert dynamic information (such as the customer's name or specific links) within your WhatsApp message.
Procedure
To view the list of shortcodes usable in the message:
1. Access the section where you are editing or creating a WhatsApp message sending action (for example, within a Marketing Automation Campaign).
2. When the edit screen opens, titled Create WhatsApp or Edit WhatsApp, scroll down to the WhatsApp Settings section.
3. The complete list of available shortcodes is displayed in a table at the top of this section, above the "Attention!" warning box and before the message input fields.
4. Use the codes listed in this table (e.g., [nome_codice]) to customize the Message Content or Message field.
