To customize the text, title, and automatic sending options of the WhatsApp message.
Procedure
1. Locate the Message Title field and enter the title you want to assign to the template.
2. Locate the Message Content text area and type or modify the text that will be sent to the recipient.
- Tip: You can use tokens (variables enclosed in curly braces, such as
{nome_cliente}) to personalize the message for each recipient.
3. (Optional) If you need to use a specific device or API key for this template, enter the code in the Custom Token field.
4. (Optional) If the message should include multimedia files, use the Attachments area to upload or select the desired files.
5. (Optional) If you are configuring a template that must be sent to specific numbers (and not to the system's default recipient), enter the numbers separated by commas in the Custom Recipient field.
6. Click on the save button (usually Save or Apply Changes) to apply the changes to the template.
