This guide explains how to enter translations for WhatsApp messages, ensuring that the content is displayed correctly for users who use different languages.
Translations are managed via the language icon (a small globe or flag) that appears next to text fields.
Procedure for Managing Translations
1. Locate the field for which you want to enter a translation. This field can be:
- Message title (if you are editing a template).
- Message content (if you are editing a template).
- Message (if you are creating a Marketing Automation action).
2. Click on the language icon (<i class="fa fa-language"></i>) positioned next to the field label.
3. A modal window (pop-up) will open showing the default language and options to add new translations.
4. Enter the translated text for each required language.
5. Click Save within the modal window to confirm the translations.
6. Make sure to save the entire template or Marketing Automation action by clicking the main save button on the page (usually Save changes or equivalent).
