Why do it: To send multimedia files (such as images or PDF documents) along with your WhatsApp message.
Note: You can upload up to 3 attachments per message. Supported formats are images (JPEG, PNG) and PDF documents.
Procedure
1. Locate the field labeled Attachments.
2. Click on the upload area associated with the Attachments field. This will open the media management window.
3. Inside the media management window, you can:
- Upload new files from your computer.
- Select existing files from your library.
4. Select the images or PDFs you want to attach (maximum 3).
5. Once the files are selected, the media management window will close and the attachments will be linked to the message.
6. Proceed with saving or sending the message.
