Why do it:
To send the WhatsApp message to specific mobile phone numbers, instead of the default contact associated with the customer or user.
Procedure:
1. Access the editing or creation of the Edit WhatsApp (or Create WhatsApp) action.
2. In the WhatsApp Settings section, locate the field labeled Recipient.
3. Click on the recipient dropdown menu and select the Custom option.
4. Under this option, the Custom Recipient field will appear.
5. Enter in this field the mobile phone numbers you want to reach. If you need to enter multiple numbers, separate them with a comma (for example: 393331234567, 393459876543).
6. Complete the other action settings and click the save button to confirm the custom recipients.
