Check the synchronization status (Synchronized / Not connected) of an order or product in the management table

To know if a product or an order has been correctly sent to the TotalGest system, you can check the status column within the management table.

Procedure

1. Access the management section containing the item you want to check (for example, the Orders list or the Products list).

2. Locate the table listing your orders or products.

3. Look for the column named TotalGest.

4. Check the status shown in that column for the specific item:

  • If the item has been successfully synchronized, you will see the label: Sincronizzato
  • If the item has not yet been sent to TotalGest, you will see the label: Non collegato
