Monitor the progress of data export through a progress modal

Guide: Monitoring the progress of data export

This guide explains how to view the progress status during data export (such as orders or products) to TotalGest.

Procedure

1. Start the data export by clicking on the action menu of the desired item (for example, an order or a product).

2. In the dropdown menu, select Send to.

3. Click on TotalGest to begin the synchronization process.

4. As soon as the export starts, a pop-up window (progress modal) titled "Sending [Item Name] in progress..." will appear.

5. Monitor the progress bar within this window. The bar will update progressively as the data is sent.

At the end of the export

Once the operation is complete, the progress modal will close automatically and a summary window titled Export completed will appear.

This summary window will show:

  • The total number of items Sent.
  • The total number of items Not sent.
  • If any issues occurred, there will be a section titled Error details listing the encountered errors.

In case of interruption

If the export is interrupted due to a system error, the progress modal will close and an error message will appear: "An error occurred during loading. The export was interrupted.
