To enable or disable the automatic synchronization of orders from Framework360 to TotalGest, you need to access the settings of the TotalGest plugin within your control panel.
Why do it
This procedure allows you to control whether orders created in Framework360 are automatically sent to TotalGest for accounting or logistics management.
Procedure
1. Log in to the Framework360 administration panel.
2. In the main menu, go to the Plugin (or App) section.
3. Locate the TotalGest plugin and click on the settings icon (usually represented by a gear).
4. Within the plugin settings, look for and click on the tab named Synchronization (or Webhooks).
5. Scroll down to find the section titled Sync Orders.
6. Under this section, locate the option that manages data flow from Framework360 to TotalGest, labeled as Framework360 => TotalGest.
7. To Enable automatic order synchronization, toggle the switch next to this option to ON (Enabled).
8. To Disable automatic order synchronization, toggle the switch to OFF (Disabled).
9. After changing the setting, make sure to save your changes by clicking on the save button (usually Save Changes or Apply).
