Consult the details of errors encountered during data export
Why do it:
To view specific messages that prevented the correct synchronization of some data with TotalGest.
Procedure
1. After starting the data export to TotalGest (for example, via the Send to > TotalGest button), wait for the process to complete.
2. At the end of the export, a summary window titled Export completed will automatically appear.
3. Review the summary data indicating the number of items Sent and Not sent.
4. If the export encountered issues, the window will include a section titled Error details:.
5. Read the error messages listed in this section (displayed in red boxes) to identify the cause of the failed data sending.
6. Close the summary window.
