Why do it:
To describe in detail the request or issue you want to submit to support.
Procedure:
1. Locate the field labeled Message within the new ticket creation form.
2. Inside the text area, which displays the placeholder What do you want to write in the message?, enter the ticket content.
3. Use the toolbar above the text area to format the message if necessary. Available tools include:
- Remove Formatting: To clear previously applied styles.
- Bold and Italic.
- Font Size Selection.
- Text Alignment (Left, Center, Right, Justified).
- Bulleted Lists and Numbered Lists.
- Text Color and Background Color.
4. Once the message and other required fields (such as Subject and Where do you want to receive messages?) are completed, click the Create ticket button to submit your request.
