Writing and sending a reply message to an active ticket
Why do it:
To respond to a received message or provide additional information on a ticket that is still open (Status: In progress).
Procedure:
1. Access the viewing page of the active ticket you wish to reply to.
2. Scroll to the end of the conversation, where you will find the reply form.
3. In the main text field, labeled with the placeholder What would you like to write in the message?, enter the content of your reply.
4. (Optional) To add attachments to the message, use the file upload field located below the text area.
5. Once you have completed the message and added any attachments, click on the Send Message button.
6. The page will reload and your message will appear in the conversation history.
