This procedure allows you to access the complete list of support tickets opened by a specific customer, directly from the Administrative Area.
Procedure
1. Log in to the system's Administrative Area.
2. Navigate to the customer management module (usually called "Clients" or "User Management").
3. Select the specific customer whose tickets you want to view.
4. Within the customer's detail tab, click on the Tickets tab.
5. The Customer Tickets table will be displayed, listing all tickets opened by the customer, including the Subject, number of Messages, Date of creation, and Status (In Progress or Completed).
6. To view the full conversation of a ticket, locate the desired ticket and click the View button in the actions column.
