View the details of a specific ticket

To view the complete message history and details of a previously opened ticket.

Procedure

1. Access the My tickets section.

2. In the table listing your tickets, locate the row related to the ticket you want to view.

3. Scroll horizontally to the column named Actions.

4. Click on the View button (identified by the eye icon <i class="fas fa-eye"></i>) corresponding to the ticket.

You will be redirected to the conversation page, where you can see all exchanged messages and, if the ticket is still In progress, you can send new replies.
