Display the list of existing tickets (Subject, Status, Creation Date)

Procedure

1. Log in to your user area or dashboard.

2. Click on the section called My Tickets.

3. If there are tickets, the list will be displayed in a table. The table includes the following columns:

  • # (Ticket ID)
  • Subject
  • Status (can be In Progress or Completed)
  • Creation Date
  • Actions

4. To view the full conversation of a ticket, click the View button in the Actions column.

5. If a ticket is still In Progress, you can close it by clicking the Close button in the Actions column.

> Note: If there are no tickets to show, the message "No tickets to display" will appear.
