Downloading Attachments from Messages

To save a copy of files sent or received on your computer.

Procedure

1. Navigate to the My Tickets section.

2. Locate the desired ticket in the list.

3. Click the View button in the Actions column to open the conversation.

4. Scroll through the conversation until you find the message containing the attached file.

5. Below the message text, locate the file name.

6. Click on the attached file name to start the download.
