Closing an Open Ticket
Why do it
You can close a ticket when the issue has been resolved or the request is no longer current.
Procedure
1. Access the My Tickets section.
2. Locate the ticket you want to close in the list. Make sure its status is In Progress.
3. In the Actions column, click the Close button corresponding to the ticket.
4. A confirmation window will appear with the question: "Are you sure you want to close the ticket?".
5. Click Confirm to permanently close the ticket.
Once closed, the ticket status will change to Completed, and you will no longer be able to send messages in that conversation.
