This guide explains how to include attachments (documents, images, etc.) when replying to an existing support ticket.
Procedure
1. Access the conversation of the ticket you want to reply to.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page, where you find the reply form.
3. If necessary, write your message in the text area marked with the placeholder What do you want to write in the message?.
4. Locate the file upload field, usually labeled as Attachments.
5. Click on this field to open your computer's file selection window and choose the document or image you want to attach.
6. Once the file has been uploaded and the message is ready, click on the Send message button.
Your message and attachments will be sent and added to the ticket conversation.
