Attach files to the new ticket

Why do it:

You can attach documents, images, or other relevant files to provide additional context to your ticket.

Procedure:

1. Scroll down to the bottom section of the ticket creation form.

2. Locate the file upload field labeled Attachments.

3. Click on the Attachments field to open your operating system's file selection window.

4. Select the files you want to attach from your computer or device.

5. After completing all required fields (Subject, Where do you want to receive messages?, Message), click the Create ticket button to submit the ticket and its attachments.
