Attach files to a reply message

To attach one or more files to a reply message within an existing ticket:

Procedure

1. Access the conversation of the ticket you want to reply to.

2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, where the reply form is located.

3. Locate the field labeled Attachments.

4. Click on the Attachments field. A dialog window will open for selecting files from your computer or device.

5. Select the file you want to attach. The attachment will be uploaded automatically.

  • Note: If you want to attach multiple files, repeat step 4.

6. After writing your message (optional) and attaching the files, click the Send Message button.
