This procedure allows you to select the start time and the total duration of your booking within the availability grid.
Prerequisites: You must have already selected the date (Step 1) and the Match Type (Step 2).
Procedure
1. Locate the grid: Under the title 3. Field Availability, a table will appear showing the Time Slots (left column) and the field names (column headers).
2. Identify your field and time: The boxes marked as Free are available for booking. The boxes marked as Occupied cannot be selected.
3. Select the start time: Click on the Free box that corresponds to the time you want to start your match.
- The selected box will turn green.
- Note: The selection must be made on the same field (same column).
4. Select the end time (duration): Click on the Free box that corresponds to the last time slot you want to book.
- The system will automatically highlight in green all contiguous time slots (each lasting 30 minutes) between the first and last clicks.
- If there is an Occupied box between the two selected slots, the selection will be canceled and you will need to start over.
5. Confirm your selection: Once the duration has been selected and all contiguous slots are highlighted in green, the system will automatically proceed to the next steps (4. Options and 5. Players and payment) to complete the booking.
> Tip: Each selected time slot corresponds to 30 minutes of play. For example, by selecting 4 contiguous slots, you book 2 hours of court time.
